Features

What protects both sides

These rules apply to every job. There is nothing to switch on.

Secure deal

You pay upfront, and the freelancer gets the money only after you accept the work. If the work isn’t delivered, you get the money back.

Brief in points

A job can have up to 30 acceptance points. The freelancer applies to a specific version of the terms, and it can’t be changed afterwards.

You see how the work was done

Along with the result, the freelancer hands in drafts, edit history or commits. Want to be sure a person did it? Ask for a call.

Deals stay on the platform

The system notices contact details in chats. You can report a suspicious message or profile. We block people who take jobs off the platform.

Rules-based arbitration

There are nine rules, and you can read them in advance. The arbiter goes through every point of the brief and explains the decision.

Rating and reviews

The rating is calculated automatically from jobs without disputes and disputes lost. After a job both sides review each other, and reviews can be answered.

Money

Where your money is during a job

The platform doesn’t hold your money. It is held by a payment partner licensed by the Bank of Russia.

  1. Payment

By card on a secure payment page, like in any online store.

  2. Money in the deal

Nobody can take it on their own: not you, not the freelancer, not us.

  3. Acceptance

You check the work against the brief. If you don’t reply for a week, the work counts as accepted.

  4. Payout

The freelancer gets paid to a card of any Russian bank. We keep 12 %.

What if the work isn’t delivered?

You get the full amount back, with no fee. The same happens if the arbiter rules in your favour.

How it works

Four steps from task to result

  1. 1

    Describe the task

The job wizard asks one question at a time: what you need, how it should be delivered and which points you’ll check.

  2. 2

    Choose a freelancer

For everyone who applies you see the rating, reviews and portfolio. Every freelancer’s identity is verified.

  3. 3

    Pay for the job

The money goes into a secure deal and the freelancer starts. The job chat is the place to discuss details.

  4. 4

    Accept the work

Check the result against the brief. If everything is fine, accept it and the freelancer gets paid.

Acceptance

Work is checked point by point

The client marks each point of the brief as done or needing a revision. The freelancer sees exactly what to fix and leaves the rest alone.

  • A revision covers only the marked points
  • No more than three revisions per job
  • If the client is silent for a week, the work is accepted

Disputes

How a dispute is decided

The arbiter rates every point of the brief as done, not done or partly done. The ratings add up to a completion percentage, and that number decides the outcome.

Example: a brief with five points

  • Roasting topic covered100 %
  • Keywords100 %
  • No jargon100 %
  • Subheadings50 %
  • Text length100 %
90 % completeThe freelancer revises the subheadings

Payout to the freelancer

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Arbitration rules
What kind of work can I order?

Anything you can describe in points and deliver as a result: writing, code, design, video, sound, 3D. Files up to 2 GB are accepted, and a repository or a heavy project can be delivered as a link.

How much does it cost the client?

Exactly the job price. We take a 12 % fee from the freelancer’s payout, and only if the deal goes through. Refunds carry no fee.

What if the work isn’t delivered on time?

Open a dispute. If the freelancer missed the deadline through their own fault, you get the full amount back.

Can we agree on other terms in the chat?

You can, but in a dispute only changes made with the “Propose changes” button count. The arbiter doesn’t see verbal agreements.

Who resolves disputes and how fast?

The platform arbiter, following the open rules, within 3 business days. The decision explains the rating of every point. You can still go to court.

How do I know a person did the work?

State in the job which process materials you need: drafts, edit history, commits, source files. If you still have doubts, ask for a call where the freelancer shows how they did it.

Someone offers to work directly. What should I do?

Better not to agree: outside the platform nobody protects your money. Click “Report” on the message or profile and a moderator will look into it. We block people who take jobs off the platform.

How does a freelancer get paid?

To a card of any Russian bank once the client accepts the work. If the client doesn’t reply for a week, the work is accepted automatically. The arbiter can also award the money.
